[pushAUX.com] The Information technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and CloudSwyft Global Systems Inc. has launched new e-learning courses for BPO/call center workers.

Welcome the IBPAP Learning Switch Portal!

IBPAP’s new platform, dubbed the IBPAP Learning Switch portal, seeks to provide “in-demand workplace technology courses”.

The IBPAP portal offers numerous Microsoft courses under eight valuable learning tracks (Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Administration, Modern IT Support, Entry Level Modern Software Development, Front End Web Development, etc). The program includes quizzes/exercises and activities that help the user to earn globally-recognized Microsoft certificates – note that each track is equal to one Microsoft Professional Program Master Certificate.

The IBPAP e-learning portal is available to IBPAP members and affiliates at a discounted price, so far, around 500 individuals have already been certified.
