[pushAUX.com] The Philippine Shared Services and BPO Week will be held on August 13 to 16 at the New World Makati Hotel in Manila, with a theme dubbed, “An Industry on the Cusp of Change – Challenges facing the BPO and Shared Services Sector.”
Assistant Secretary Paola Alvarez of the Department of Finance (DoF) will panel a discussion with the hot topic of “What Does the Future Hold? Tax Governance and the Effects for Philippines Shared Services & the BPO Sector.” ASec Alvarez will be joined by four other industry leaders: Atty. Jun Manuel, Ruben Carlo O. Asuncion, Dr. Omer Softic, and Johan Fourie.
Attendees will be able to listen and participate in discussions covering local challenges surrounding innovation and technology, talent cost and value drivers, as well as change management and service continuity.
